ICQ-ing?

Just registered a ICQ account and also ICQ mail.
coz i justed read some review on NEW ICQ!it seems that it is almost the same if compared with msn messenger now .it got emoticon added.

So im wondering that is anyone still using ICQ as an instant messenger nowadays?
