How to blog?

actually im still learning how to blog...
so anyone can teach me.
these days didnt write any post, but i read through many blogs and decided to make some change in the style of blogging, (i had stated this few times ady but still havent change).

Well, i believe i will do these to the rest of my post:
- insert pictures on every post.
- blog more frequently....

and i think im going to use twitter. but dunno how to start, still a few questions in my mind.
like~ how much do one sms charge? do my readers read my twitter and follow it? is it worth to do so?

If you have experiences on using twitters, please comment on it.

and one of the reason i didnt write any post is my internet connection got some problem, and spending most of my time reading blogs, ready for joshuatly.com v2.0 and studying...
