BUT, sometimes, some company put stupid things and made me made!
Yesterday, i go to one insurance company office (the company name start with P) to pay the bill, there is nobody inside... (oh, i mean no customers inside, of coz there ARE people inside... if not, i will shout there already)
And of cos i straight away go to the counter to pay my bill la.! BUT you know what she tell me?
"Nanti dulu, nanti dulu, ambil nombor kat sana, tekan A"
OH MY GOD< They implement the new queuing system that i think they had just installed early of this month!
And i look at my ticket. Number is 003.......
Walau A. you know what that mean?
That means that im the third customer to them!!!
What for want the ticketing queuing system?
AND one more thing she do make me cant stop my feeling that i wanna laugh, is,
SHE go and PRESS and made the machine say:
"nombor tiga, kaunter 2"
OH NO! You know where am i when she is doing all these things?
IM IN FRONT OF HER!
You say, in the small town like mine, and the small office like theirs, which customers number i think not more than 20 per day...
DO them need such a queuing system?
In my opinion it is wasting energy, wasting paper, wasting ink, wasting electricity and wasting MY energy to punch the stupid "A" button!

actually hor, they use the ticket to measure how many customers a counter serve a day, and for how long.
so, whether there is customer or not, we must take the queue ticket. then to make sure that the counter is serving lets say Number 003, he or she behind the counter must press the button so that the stupid announcement will come out "003, Kaunter 04". then only consider legally and successfully that counter 04 is serving number 003.
if take ticket oledi, but no announcement is made to direct a specific ticket number to a specific counter, that just mean that there is no counter serving that number.
understand kah?? complicated or not??
i understand how the thing work actually, just wanna to say that is that SO DIFFICULT to count around 20 customers manually and need to use ticketing machine?
