Blog Template Problem...

well, as you all can see, there is a BIG BIG BIG problem with my blog template...
VERY sorry for it.
I still looking for solution for it since this template is not made by me... (*too sad)
I cant change my template to a temporary one since i dont know how to backup the full template("included customized gadget in my blog) and i had tried several times and still failed.

I promise the blog template will be fine soon... after this saturday...(when the photobucket stupid bandwidth reset again)

So be right back with me and work together!

Rapidshare.com loses court battle

According to P2P blog, the German music rights holder GEMA has won its court case against the massive file hoster Rapidshare.com. In a press release, GEMA announced that the Dusseldorf district court had ruled that Rapidshare will for now on have to block access to any works in the GEMA repertoire.

In its defense, Rapidshare was saying that "only its users can be held responsible for copyright violations." The court apparently disagreed and said that the site was used mainly for illegal activities and that the company generates "substantial" monthly revenue from those illegal activities.

The ruling could have implications for the future of the site on the whole. GEMA's press release read, "The ruling forces Rapidshare to 'take measures that might have the risk of making Rapidshare's service substantially less attractive or even close it down completely.'" That statement means that potentially GEMA can get the entire site shut down if access isn't blocked to GEMA's copy written material.

In the past year GEMA has won two injunctions against the file hoster but never an actual court case. Rapidshare.com is based in Switzerland but Rapidshare.de was originally founded in Germany.

Very very very sorry to all.
After i come back from traffic jam, i just dont have the time and energy to write any more post.
And also coz of my school got many work to do... Pesta Ang Pao somemore...
But at least today i have some time to share my happiness on my PSP and some pictures on Youth'08 and Traffic Jam.

Experiencing the iTalk Buddy MojiIM

After playing around for about few hours, discover many features of these two new service! Lets comment about it!

Firstly, i would like to say about iTalk Buddy! - The new generation of Instant Messanger
Well, i had downloaded iTalk Buddy Instant Messenger Beta, and installed it.
Installation wise is a bit big for me... why needed 26mb for the installation?
Maybe got some features that i haven't discover.

Overall, for a "beta" software is good enough! i found no bugs until now...

I love i talk buddy very much especially the Call Rates with iTalk Buddy PC to Mobile Calls:

Local calls: 10 cents/min NATIONWIDE
Mobile calls: 15 cents/min NATIONWIDE to ALL NETWORKS

It really cheap! Tonight i had made all my call from my PC using only a headphone with mic and chat all the time with my friend!
No Lagging and clear voice!

Some of you maybe wondering how can i reload my iTalk Buddy?
Its simple, you just buy any amount of iTalk card and just type in the 16 digit code, and your account will be reload within seconds!
And one more thing is, your credit will only expired after 6 months!

Traffic Jam in PWTC!!!

Congratulations!

Addicted in Portal

Just finished playing portal about one week ago, a really cool game!
A very high rated game by gamespot.com and also by me! I will give this game a rate 10 out of 10!

A very interesting puzzle game. It really need you to think much! (sometime i also cannot get it and need to search for walkthrough or video guide at gamefaq and youtube also)

You may want to know how i know this game!
Well, when the time i get my orange box, i decided to play the half life 2 first (since i had never play it before this). Then i do a search on gamespot and discover all the players love so much with the portal game. I do a look at the official site and watch the trailer, i love the prinsip so much and i think this game will be challenging!
Then i start playing!



When the time i start playing, i really cannot stop myself from stop playing this game!
Although this game is short, but it is worth to play, and i would like to play it again and again! But unfortunately, i cannot manage to get through the bonus
map advence testchamber coz i think some files corrupt when the time i install it! so i have to reinstall it soon!

New year New name

Well, if you had noticed, I had changed my blog name recently!

Well, actually i have no idea what name to put!
So, just simply put my name up here! So easy!
Haha.

Well i changed the name for all my blogs, include the EDU and MUSIC one.
I have a short form instead of writing so long "J-O-S-H-U-A-T-L-Y-'-S- -B-L-O-G",

Baidu.com not guilty in music piracy case

It appears that a Beijing appeals court has ruled in favor of the Chinese search engine Baidu.com meaning the company is "not guilty of property rights infringement for posting links to websites offering illegal music downloads."

The ruling, released by state media today brings an end to the case which was brought forth by the Big 4, EMI, Sony BMG, Warner Music and Universal Music.

The search engine had been accused of facilitating unauthorized downloads. The labels had wanted an apology, suspension of those activities and the equivalent of $222,666 USD in monetary compensation.

The report offered no other details on the ruling, but we will keep you updated.
